Ministry - N.O.W
As followers of Jesus Christ, we have all been called to ministry. Each one of us has gifts and talents that can be used to share the good news of God’s love and care for all people. At Granbery, we have three primary ways to be in Ministry NOW for the kingdom of God. Our ministries areas of Nurture, Outreach, and Witness provide a place for you to serve.

Small Groups
Small groups play a crucial role in the life of a church by fostering deeper relationships, spiritual growth, and a sense of community among members. In a smaller setting, individuals can engage in meaningful discussions, share personal experiences, and support one another in their faith journey. These groups create a welcoming environment where people feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow spiritually. Additionally, small groups provide accountability, discipleship, and a space for prayer and mutual care, which strengthens both individual believers and the church as a whole. By promoting close connections and active participation, small groups help transform a church from just a gathering place into a true spiritual family.

Christian Education
United Methodists vow to be loyal to Christ through the United Methodist Church and to faithfully participate in its ministries by their prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness. There are many opportunities for adults here to practice these vows through activities such as: Communion Servers, Ushers, Liturgical Readers, Greeters, Nursery Workers, Music, Teachers and so much more.
